Le scénario d’Enslaved : Odyssey to the West tire son inspiration du conte chinois «Le Voyage en Occident », qui fut retranscrit notamment dans le manga mondialement connu Dragon Ball. L’aventure débute dans un monde ravagé par les guerres, où la nature a repris le dessus sur les mégalopoles modernes. Seule une poignée de survivants subsiste face à une horde de robots de combat bien déterminés à en finir avec la race humaine.
Vous incarnerez le puissant Monkey, un survivant athlétique et solitaire qui voit soudainement son destin noué à celui de la jeune Trip, pirate informatique émérite et fan de technologie moderne. Liés l’un à l’autre par un bandeau-esclave dans un monde hostile et sans pitié, ils se voient dans l’obligation de coopérer pour survivre…
A travers différentes phases de jeu qui mêlent action, exploration et réflexion, le joueur est plongé dans une aventure riche et entraînante.
Une réalisation spectaculaire grâce à des grands noms du cinéma
Après s’être glissé dans la peau de Gollum, personnage phare du film «Le Seigneur des Anneaux » ou encore King Kong, le talentueux Andy Serkis a prêté son corps et sa gestuelle au héros d’Enslaved - Monkey - grâce au système de «motion capture » (capture de mouvements). Les postures et mouvements uniques du personnage principal d’Enslaved : Odyssey to the West ne pouvaient donc être plus réalistes !
Le réalisateur Alex Garland connu pour «28 jours plus tard » et «La Plage » a quant à lui participé à l’élaboration du scénario pour apporter son expérience cinématographique et donner une trame passionnante et haletante à l’aventure Enslaved.
En résumé, Enslaved : Odyssey to the West propose un scénario taillé sur mesure, des décors somptueux, une action à couper le souffle et des personnages charismatiques qui vous attendent sur Playstation 3 et Xbox 360 dès aujourd'hui. D’ores et déjà un incontournable jeu de Noël !
