Ancienne thérapeute fascinée par la psychose, Harleen Quinzel a vu son amour pour la folie la mener tout droit à l'asile. Elle se fait désormais appeler Harley Quinn et, à compter du 18 novembre, elle rejoindra l'équipe de champions d'Infinite Crisis.
Dès lors que la fascination d'Harley Quinn pour son patient, le Joker, s'est transformée en véritable adoration, elle est rapidement devenue sa complice la plus dévouée. Mais après plusieurs années d'une relation tumultueuse et compliquée avec le Joker, elle a fini par découvrir sa véritable personnalité. Avec le temps, Harley s'est lassée des excès du Joker et a préféré le quitter pour devenir une criminelle presque aussi célèbre que lui. Malgré tout, Harley garde un faible pour son "biquet" et finit toujours par lui pardonner. Talentueuse gymnaste aussi forte qu'agile, Harley utilise bien souvent l'humour pour arriver à ses fins, aussi mortelles et machiavéliques soient-elles.
