Konami Digital Entertainment BV annonce la sortie de Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD pour Xbox 360 via le service XboxLIVE Arcade.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD conte l’histoire des descendants de Gabriel Belmont, Simon et Trevor Belmont, dans leur bataille contre leur propre destin afin de découvrir la vérité sur leur sort terrifiant. Trevor Belmont, un chevalier de la Fraternité de la Lumière, est déterminé à venger la mort de sa mère causée par son père, revenu après de nombreuses années d’exil pour élire résidence dans un mystérieux château. Le puissant guerrier que fut jadis Gabriel Belmont répond désormais au nom de Dracula, un puissant vampire. Dracula a déclaré la guerre à la Fraternité, posant les bases d’un cataclysmique duel entre père et fils.
Dans Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD, les joueurs incarneront plusieurs personnages, chacun ayant ses compétences et capacités uniques qu’ils acquerront durant leur exploration du château. Bénéficiant d’un large choix de combos et d’un système de combat stratégique intuitif, les joueurs peuvent utiliser leurs armes et leurs capacités magiques pour abattre tout obstacle sur leur passage. Le jeu offre d’immenses niveaux riches et fournis dans lesquels ils feront face à d’épiques batailles de boss, sublimés par le lifting HD du jeu.
En marge de cette mise à jour HD et l’affinage du gameplay seront inclus les classements en ligne ainsi que le très demandé mode «Boss Rush ». Tout acheteur du jeu aura accès à une démo exclusive de Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 pour attiser l’impatience autour de la très attendue conclusion de la saga – les fans pouvant maintenant profiter de l’intégralité de l’histoire de Lords of Shadow sur leurs consoles de salon.
