Les tribus nomades reposent souvent sur la cavalerie (exclusivement dans certains cas), ce qui leur permet une stratégie à base d'assauts rapides et successifs. Les trois factions jouables débarquent avec de nouveaux bâtiments, arbres de technologie et objectifs de campagne, ainsi que des unités à la fois uniques et utilisables en tant que mercenaires.
