L’aventure Indestructibles propose d’incarner tous les personnages de la Super Famille grâce aux figurines de Mr Indestructibles, Elastigirl et bien entendu leurs enfants Violette et Flèche. Les joueurs retrouvent l’ambiance de Metroville où ils doivent affronter le maléfique Syndrome et sa bande. Les missions de cette aventure s’appuient sur des mécaniques de jeu de combat faisant appel aux super pouvoirs de chacun des membres de la famille comme la force, le champ magnétique, la vitesse et l’agilité. Ces pouvoirs sont transférables dans la Toy Box, le mode créatif de Disney Infinity.
L'aventure Indestructibles est incluse dans le pack de démarrage de Disney Infinity, aux côtés de Monstres Academy et de Pirates des Caraïbes.
