Le jeu mobile du Tour de France 2013 plongera les aficionados du Tour, dans les conditions réelles de la course, et leur fera revivre étapes par étapes, l'euphorie de la course cycliste la plus populaire au monde. En tant que Directeur Sportif, les joueurs devront élaborer la meilleure stratégie, et développer le meilleur schéma tactique : attaques d'équipes, gestions des ascensions et des échappées, ravitaillements, etc. dans un seul et unique but : remporter le maillot jaune à l'issue de l'ultime étape sur les Champs-Elysées.
